Dataset Requested: Pew Hispanic Center Survey of Mexicans Living in the U.S. on Absentee Voting in Mexican Elections

Summary: The study was conducted for Pew Hispanic Center via telephone by International Communications Research, an independent research company. Interviews were conducted from January 16 - February 6, 2006 among a representative sample of 987 Mexican respondents age 18 and older. The margin of error is +/- 4.37 at the 95% confidence level. A total of 62 are registered to vote and 922 are not registered to vote. The data file is in SPSS format. The data dictionary is in an Excel workbook with 2 worksheets.
